4. Billing Discrepancies
Should you identify any inaccuracy in a charge applied to your account, you are advised to notify us promptly at Contact@GAMMAMIX.Shop. All reported discrepancies will be thoroughly reviewed and rectified without undue delay.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, the applicable amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, in accordance with our Return Policy.
6. Chargebacks & Formal Disputes
In the event that you consider a charge to be erroneous, we strongly encourage you to contact GAMMAMIX directly at Contact@GAMMAMIX.Shop prior to initiating a chargeback. Direct resolution is typically more efficient than proceeding through a financial institution. Please note that initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in delays to the resolution process.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will receive a full refund. For orders that have already been shipped, the standard return process as outlined in our Return Policy will apply.
