A full refund or exchange is available on any item returned within 30 days of delivery. No complicated hoops — just a straightforward process to make things right.
What We Accept Back
To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following apply:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- Include your order number or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards, personalised items and products marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
Returning Something: Step by Step
The fastest way to start a return is to email us directly — do not ship anything back before getting in touch.
- Step 1: Email Contact@GAMMAMIX.Shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Step 2: We send you the return instructions and address.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Sending items back without contacting us first means we may not be able to accept them.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once your return arrives, we inspect it and send you a confirmation email. Keep in mind your bank may need a few additional days before the amount appears in your account.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Received Something Damaged or Incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered. Send photos along with your message and we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
If the return is our fault — damaged, faulty, or wrong item — we cover the return shipping cost entirely. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
