Welcome! Here's a quick, friendly overview of how we handle stock, pre-orders, and limited items so you always know what to expect when shopping with us.
What "In Stock" Really Means
Our stock levels refresh in real time, so anything showing as available is ready to be processed right away. On rare occasions, two customers may purchase the same last item simultaneously. If that ever happens to you, we'll reach out immediately to discuss a suitable replacement, an estimated wait, or a complete refund — whichever you prefer.
When Something Is Sold Out
If a product is no longer available, its "Add to cart" button will be disabled so there's no confusion. For select products, you'll see an option to leave your email address and we'll notify you the moment it's back.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Certain products can be pre-ordered before they arrive. You'll find the expected shipping date clearly listed on the product page. Payment is collected at the time you place your order, and you're welcome to cancel for a full refund at any point before the item ships.
Limited-Edition Items
Some products are released in small quantities or as part of seasonal collections. Once they sell out, they may not return, so grab them while you can!
Per-Customer Quantity Limits
To make sure everyone has a fair chance, we may place a cap on how many units of a product one customer can purchase — particularly for popular or limited-edition items.
